i have taken a wok with 3 tablespoons
of sesame oil and cooking at a veryhigh flame
and we'll add 3/4 cup of finely chopped
beans make sure you chop each of the beans pretty fine
so that they'll cook good quickly

saute` for 1 n 1/2 minute and after thatwe'll be adding
3/4 cup of chopped carrots once againthe size of the
carrots in the form of cubes should be
the same size of the beans that you
chopped, its pretty simple rule of thumb
the things that take a lot of time willbe added initially

after around a minute we'll beadding 2 chopped green chillies
and saute` them along
will add 250 gms of dicedchicken I'm using chicken breast here
and it looks like a huge lump that I'vedropped but i
have already diced this chicken intosmall pieces
it is not the size of Kheema but small cubes
almost of the size of beans and carrots we had added
so if I try to saute this along you will see that the
chicken starts shredding and that iswhat we want
add 1 teaspoon
of chopped garlic people usually do notadd garlic I added for the aroma
not for the taste and 4 bulbs of spring onions
nicely chopped
saute all this together and remember, we are cooking
at a very high flame
toss them well
mix them all up, you must have observedthat
at the Chinese restaurants they serveyou your recipes pretty quick
the reason is because the thermal energy
for the flames that they use is pretty high
20 times higher than what we use at home
so tossing it enough

one of my favorites
lemon grass like i said we would beadding a lot of sauces here
in large quantity so just a 1/2tablespoon of
lemongrass sauce
the aroma of this I can vouch for you willdefinitely love it
so after adding sauses
let's toss everything together
and mix it up
keep mixing for a while
garnish it with chopped green stalks of onion
here they go now for the final mix andthe final touches
toss it up put off the flame and serve itto your guests
ladies and gentleman that is our
Chicken Fried Rice. And to prepare parboiled rice
take 1 cup of rice
along with 2 cups of water but we didnot boil it
completely , only up to
70% done because it has to be little dry
not all wet and also very importantlywhile boiling it
add 1 teaspoon of salt thatis very very important ladies and
gentlemen
